Thank you Mac-man for helping my dad upgrade to Windows 7. The reason I have to thank you is because you were brilliant. My dad is 74 years old and gets very impatient and upset with himself with anything to do with computers (even though he is a retired fridge engineer). He has encountered many “computer whizz kids” as he calls them who just zip around the system, mouse clicking and carrying on, but you were able to speak without this “jargon” we have become so used to. You explained clearly any points that my dad raised and you made him feel very at ease and comfortable. Above all you covered EVERYTHING so that he didn’t have to ring me up every ten minutes with “I’ve got fault number 3457FH, what does it mean!!” You switched his system over, seemlessly I hasten to add, and you spoke in English that he could understand and treated him with respect. I wil certainly recommend your services to all of my friends.
The fact I was happy to let you lose on my dad is an extremely high accolade in itself!!
